Finally after many hours of work, imagining possibilities, working procedures, developing methodology, making night tests and also with a lot of collaboration and coordination with the Supply chain team of Arcos Dorados Mexico, we have initiated deliveries in “blind” format in Cancun, on August 18, 2015, with the commitment of our partners and collaborators from the CD. What is this? It is a blind delivery, where the Axionlog staff performs the unloads and deliveries without involving store personnel and Crew of AD, for this Axionlog staff has the keys for opening the store, close communication to the security area and monitoring of AD and obviously procedures and protocols decided defined altogether. In this manner, AD deposited the delivery and receipt of goods completely in the hands of Axionlog staff, allowing the store personnel to focus on the core business and improving customer experience in their visits.
